Glenmuir International was founded in 1991 by Richard Chamberlain, a former financial adviser with a singular conviction: that high-net-worth individuals plus those that aspire to be and corporations deserved access to the same calibre of international structuring expertise previously available only to the largest institutions.
Over three decades, we have grown from a boutique firm recognised global consultancy spanning 48 jurisdictions, from the Channel Islands and British Virgin Islands to The Bahamas, Singapore, and beyond.

Three Decades of Growth
Founded in The Bahamas
Glenmuir International was established in The Bahamas providing financial services to a small client group of clients but quickly progressed into the area of corporate services where we developed a highly specialised team focused on offshore company formation & management services.
Expansion to UAE & Middle East Region
Opened our Jersey office, expanding trust and fiduciary services for high-net-worth private clients and family offices.
Global Network Grows to 30+ Jurisdictions
Following sustained growth through the financial crisis, we broadened our international reach to serve clients across Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Relocation to Sutton Coldfield
Moved our headquarters to Mere Green House in Sutton Coldfield, establishing a modern, private consulting environment for our expanding UK client base.
Rebranded as Glenmuir International
To reflect our global scope and continued growth, we rebranded under the Glenmuir International name — a mark of trust recognised across four continents.
